Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to be of service. Each and every banquet function we do is the most important function we have ever done. If after reviewing the following information you have any questions feel free and ask our sales person for clarification. A signed banquet agreement will be required at time of booking which further clarifies many of the items below.
All items are subject to an 20% service gratuity charge and 8% Sales Tax. New York State Tax Law requires the sales tax be levied on the service charge.
Guaranteed Guest Count
Guaranteed attendance counts for all meal functions is required 3 business days in advance. If attendance is greater than the guarantee the hotel is prepared to service 5% over and charge for the additional. If attendance is less than the guarantee no adjustment will be made.
Greek Peak Mountain Resort staff reserve the right to ask for identification and acceptable proof of age from all guests. We also reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest.
Outside Food Vendors
All food items consumed in our banquet area must be supplied by the hotel. All menu selections, room requirements and extra arrangements must be received and approved 21 days in advance. No food items may be taken out of the banquet area for consumption at a later time. Only approved vendors will be allowed to bring in food items.
Materials Left Behind
Any materials left behind will be discarded by the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for items that a guest brings in and does not make arrangements for removal.
In the event of additional cost of materials beyond normal cleaning of the banquet area the hotel reserves the right to levy an additional cleanup fee.
We welcome all new business however we do require a credit card to act as a guarantee of payment for functions, at time of booking, if our credit department has not approved of direct billing at least 30 days in advance. Pre-payment schedules for some events may also be required. These schedules can be discussed in detail with your sales person.
